At COIBA, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible directly to your door.
Delivery Timeframes
Cairo, Giza and Alexandria
Within 1–2 working days
Other Governorates
Within 3–4 working days
*Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control. COIBA provides door-to-door delivery for all shipments within Egypt. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and prepared for shipment as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekends, official holidays, or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time.
Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times over 3 consecutive days.
- Customers may receive a notification message before delivery with shipment details, and the delivery team may contact you by phone. Please make sure your phone number and shipping address are accurate and reachable.
- If the shipment cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, it may be moved to the courier’s return process. If the customer cannot be reached, the order may be returned to COIBA.
Shipment Inspection and Issues
Please note that opening or inspecting the shipment before receiving it is not available. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us after delivery and we will assist you according to our Exchange and Refund Policy.
COIBA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
