Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Different sizes

• Different colors

• Defective or damaged products

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
