Shipping Policy

At COIBA, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and prepared for shipment as soon as possible.

Orders placed on weekends, official holidays, or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after the shipment is received by the courier:

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: within 1–2 working days

  • Other governorates in Egypt: within 3–4 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Coverage

COIBA provides door-to-door delivery for all shipments within Egypt.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery location.

Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times over 3 consecutive days.

Customers may receive a notification message before delivery with shipment details. The delivery team may also contact the customer by phone to coordinate delivery.

Please make sure your phone number and shipping address are accurate and reachable.

Failed Delivery

If the shipment cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, it may be moved to the courier’s return process for a limited period.

During this period, the courier may contact the customer again to confirm whether a new delivery attempt should be arranged.

If the customer cannot be reached or delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to COIBA.

Shipment Inspection

Please note that opening or inspecting the shipment before receiving it is not available.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us after delivery and we will assist you according to our Exchange & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Information

COIBA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
